The Vision for All of Kentucky Children is that they are healthy and safe, possess the foundation that will enable school and personal success, and live in strong families that are supported and strengthened within their communities.

The CECCs bring local partners together, identify local needs, develop strategies to address those needs, and measure the results. The goal is to build innovative, collaborative partnerships that promote school readiness for children and families.
